CANCELLATION AND LATE POLICY

As a small business, part of our success depends on a mutual respect of time. We require at least 48 hours of notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Any appointments rescheduled or cancelled following 48 hours will be subjected to a cancellation fee in the amount of 50% of the scheduled treatment cost, and your deposit will be non-refundable.

If you are going to be late or cannot make your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. Clients who arrive over 15 minutes late will need to reschedule their appointment. You may also be required to pay a “no-show” fee if you wish to continue with your procedure after arriving late or providing a short notice cancellation.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS “No-shows”

Remembering and respecting the appointment time is your responsibility. We reserve the right to retain your deposit and/or apply an additional fee (value of missed appointment) for clients who fail to show up to their appointments, without 48 hours cancellation notification.

PROCEDURE REFUSAL

We may refuse to perform procedures on clients that we deem unfit for undergoing the tattooing process for safety reasons. This includes all clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
